⨠ Do you ship to my country?
Currently I ship to Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
⨠ How long is the processing time?
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch may vary. The current processing time is 2-5 days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
⨠ Expected delivery
Germany: 1-4 Business days
EU: 2-3 Weeks
⨠ Shipping
All orders come with tracking!
National (Germany):
- EINSCHREIBEN - with liability** (insured)
- PAKET - with liability** (insured)
Orders over 35€ get free tracked shipping.
EU:
- Trackable & Insured (Letter/ Parcel)
Orders over 75€ get free tracked shipping.
**Orders that are trackable & insured will be replaced*/refunded if lost on the way!
(*Please understand that I as a small business, cannot always offer a replacement or resend for lost orders due to limited inventories.)
⨠ Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping prices include shipping fee + plus a small sum for the packing materials*, I don't earn anything from shipping.
All orders will be sent through Deutsche Post / DHL.
Please understand that international shipping is significantly higher than national.

⨠ Returned orders
If your order is returned due to reasons such as wrong address, I will require repayment of shipping fee via PayPal or Stripe if you want it to be reshipped.
If you want a refund, I will refund the full amount minus the shipping fee + 1 € processing fee.
Please note customers will have a longer waiting time if their order has been returned and resent.
⨠ Lost mail policy
If your order is lost on the way I will refund the total amount of the items cost.
- Lost order = stuck at the same status for 4+ months/ status says untrackable.
- I am not responsible for orders lost after status says delivered.

⨠ Packing Materials
To be more environmentally friendly I will reuse packaging material I received through other orders, whenever I can.
I still have to buy some materials, that’s why there is a small part of the cost included in the shipping fee.
